We have stayed at several properties offered by Beachside HHI. This year we spent Thanksgiving at Stoney Splash. We were not disappointed! The residence itself is very functional and tastefully decorated. It backs up to the marsh so views were outstanding. It is located within easy walking distance of Harbour Town and a short drive to the Beach Club. Jay and Linda do a wonderful job of managing the property and you can always count on finding their units stocked with a great selection of the necessities - soaps, shampoo, coffees, etc. Absolutely a five star experience and we will definitely be returning to this or another Beachside rental.

Linda and Jay are incredible hosts! This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed, their communication was phenomenal in helping us get organized and settled. We were so happy we booked with them.The location is fantastic, right on the marsh in Sea Pines near harbor town and we had deer come up right in front of the patio twice during out stay! Having bikes right there with our rental, really saved us a lot of time and hassle. It was a great trip. We'd give it 7-stars if we could.

Everything was very clean and organized. The communication leading up to the stay and during the stay was helpful and very thorough. Very pleased and would stay at their properties again!
