This stunning 19th-century estate, set on six acres in Soustons, was fully restored in 2002.
The 2.5-hectare property, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Soustons, is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and swimming. The area is famous for its forests, vineyards, and world-class golf courses. The village of Soustons is within walking distance or a short drive away.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with wood paneling, parquet floors, and a grand oak staircase. There’s also an office, lounge, dining room, billiard room, kitchen, guest toilet, shower room, and terraces for outdoor dining. The reading and TV room features a marble fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, and a selection of DVDs, books, and magazines.
The first floor offers an entry with sofas, three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (two with marble fireplaces), and a large suite with two bedrooms, balcony, fireplace, walk-in closet, bathroom with whirlpool tub, and terrace. The second floor has four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a sauna), all equipped with TV and DVD player. Most double beds can be converted into singles, except in one room.
