Beautiful Kings Beach home located in the peaceful Kingswood Estates which is the closest neighborhood to North Star Ski Resort and golf course. Enjoy the best of Lake Tahoe living, with the pristine waters and the quaint town of King's Beach just a 2-minute drive away. Access to hiking trails including Tahoe rim trail just steps from front door.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. This is the first time with the new hosts. Kieth and Kourtney have been very welcoming and professional in all communications with us. They have made many updates to the home mostly with new appliances in the kitchen. The aging plumbing has also been upgraded. It is a great house for a larger group - there were five adults in our group. It would comfortably accommodate six adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The house is situated in lovely quiet neighborhood in the hills overlooking Lake Tahoe. It is truly a lovely little slice of paradise.
