Newly remastered townhome in upper Kings Beach. Short drive to Northstar Ski Resort or into Kings Beach proper.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place!

3-level townhome with great community amenities and a fully updated interior.



The Space:

"Tahoe Bliss"

This Kingswood Village Condo, located in Upper Kings Beach, is just 6 miles from the base of Northstar and is about 1 mile to the nearest beach!



• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN



• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted per HOA



• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.



• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must display a parking pass and move every 24 hours when snow exists.



• DISCLOSURES: *NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN KINGSWOOD VILLAGE. Fines will be assessed for any violation of this rule!

*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



• HOA: The property is a part of the Homeowners' Association (HOA). The HOA does have additional rules and regulations that must be followed during your stay. The host shall list the amenities offered by the HOA, but the host is not responsible for the operation or availability of HOA-provided items. Some amenities are available seasonally. Contact the HOA directly for more info.



Home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms plus a 3rd floor sleeping area/loft overlooking the living space below. The main living area features a comfortable sitting area, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. This area is open to the remodeled kitchen and a dining area, which has seating for 6 guests at the table and extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, pots and pans, and all the essentials you'll need to make yourselves a divine meal! There is also a deck off the living room that has an electric grill and some seating for dining al fresco in the summer months.



The first of the 3 bedrooms is downstairs just off the main entry and has a king bed. The second bedroom is down the hall and has a king bed and a balcony in-suite. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower and side-by-side vanities with two sinks. The laundry, entry area, and storage closet are also housed on this, the first level of the townhome.



The second level has the aforementioned living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as the 3rd bedroom and second full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the community yard.



The 3rd floor of the condo is where you’ll encounter the loft living and sleeping area that overlooks the living area below. This room offers dual utility with a couch that folds down into a king-size sleeper sofa. This space also provides a great play area for the kiddos or a work space for those who must work a bit while they play.



Community amenities in the summer include a pool, kiddie pool, ping-pong table, tennis/basketball court, volleyball and bocce courts. There is also a sauna, a clubhouse with a full kitchen, and a workout area, which are all available year-round.

Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.

Wonderful pool, pickleball courts, cabin-like condo, great king bed, so-so other beds, exyra loft upstairs which we didn't know existed. Very family friendly condo and only 1 mile from beach! Tons of towels! Needs maybe more beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella to top it off! It would've also been nice what condiments to bring. Like mustard, catsup, sugar, coffee filters. It seems like just the basics were needed but then there was a whole bottle of real maple syrup and extra virgin olive oil. So there yiu have it! Thank you again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We specifically asked for early checkin. We got there earl6. The condo was cleaned and empty but we couldn’t check in.We specifically asked if there were hairdryers. We were told yes, but there were NONE.We asked for an hour later checkout and were told no, so we cleared out but we’re on the premises- no cleaners showed up.Lip service no real customer service.
