Located in the historic capital of Île de Ré and in the immediate vicinity of Cible beach, this beautiful fully equipped house for 4 people is the ideal place to discover the charms of Île de Ré. As a couple, with family or with friends, you can easily wander through the streets of the historic town centre and stop for a drink near the harbour.
Modern house with an area of 57 m² and close to the beach located in Saint-Martin-de-Ré which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a garden, garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, internet access (fibre) via wifi, a hairdryer and electric heating. The 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a King size bed.
The open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, has a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 550 m from the "de la Cible" sandy beach
- 550 m from the "La Cible" restaurant
- 700 m from the "Intermarché Super" supermarket

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à l’île de Ré en famille (4 adultes et 2 bébés).
La maison est très agréable, propre, lumineuse, décorée avec soin et bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, plancha au gaz, volets électriques…). La literie est très confortable. Les draps fournis en supplément sont de qualité.
Il y a une chaise haute à disposition, qui n’est pas mentionnée dans les équipements sur le site.
Le premier jardin avec le toit est idéal pour stocker poussette et vélos.
Le jardin derrière la maison est très sécurisant pour les enfants et agréable avec des coins d’ombre.
Le quartier est très calme, même mi-juillet!
La situation est vraiment super : tout peut se faire à pieds ou à vélo (plage très proche, port de Saint-Martin, La Flotte, boulangerie, supermarché…). Le sentier littoral est superbe ainsi que la piste cyclable après Saint-Martin, entre les vignes et l’océan.
Nous avons tellement apprécié… que nous venons de réserver pour 2 semaines l’an prochain ! :-)
