Come and enjoy this spacious apartment in the heart of Saint Martin de Ré, just a few metres from the ocean. A stone's throw from Barbette Park, the harbour and shops, this charming apartment will welcome you with family or friends for a pleasant stay. Ideally located to discover all the charms of Île de Ré, you will be directly on the cycle paths to relax and explore.
The entrance is on the ground floor via a private staircase leading directly to the flat which is located on the 1st floor.
This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Furnished with style and taste, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment's layout is as follows:
Room 1: 1 Bed 160 cm (WC + Shower)
Room 2: 1 Bed 160 cm (Bathtub)
Room 3: 2 Beds of 80 cm or 1 Bed of 160 cm (Bathtub)
An independent toilet will also be at your disposal.
In this well-equipped flat, you will also have at your disposal a television, wifi access, an iron, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer...
The open-plan kitchen overlooking the large living room has induction hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press…
The apartment is rented with 1 outdoor parking space. There are other spaces on the street (paid during the season) and free parking located 600m away.
* The terrace (Rooftop) of the accommodation is currently inaccessible as it is under construction.
The accommodation, located in an ideal area for families, is situated 400m from the port and lovely shopping streets. You will also find:
- 1 km from the sandy beach "de la Cible",
- 1 km from the supermarkets "E. Leclerc and Intermarché",
- 16 km from "La Rochelle - Île de Ré" airport,
- 20 km from "La Rochelle" railway station
This rental benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout your stay for personalised services. Household linen is offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort level.
