It features three bedrooms (two with double beds on the first floor and one with two single beds on the top floor), a bathroom with toilet, a washing machine, and a sunny terrace perfect for relaxation. The accommodation has been decorated in contemporary colors. Please note that check-out times differ between low and high season; please check availability with the concierge. The accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A mandatory cleaning fee of €95 is payable upon arrival. This package includes check-in, check-out, and 1.5 hours of cleaning. If the accommodations are not cleaned properly during your stay and the cleaning team requires more than 1.5 hours, a fee of €40 per hour will be deducted from your security deposit. Cleaning does not include tidying your rental before your departure. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and all trash cans must be emptied. It is possible to rent linens (sheets, towels, dish towels); payment will be made on the day of your arrival.
