On one side, a cosy reading corner invites you to enjoy your favourite book, while the dining area on the other side boasts beautiful views of the pool, perfect for outdoor meals. An elegant dining table is complemented by a mobile barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh local delicacies.
Inside, Casa Serena features a modern kitchen that perfectly connects to a spacious dining room, creating a bright and open space for family gatherings. The villa has four generous bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for the warm summer nights. The master suite offers a touch of luxury with its en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, while the separate family bathroom also has an elegant walk-in shower.

Advice from JH - Casa Serena is located near Casa Mitra, and just 300 metres from Casa Azucena. If you are going on holiday with family or with groups of friends, booking two or three of these properties together would be the ideal solution.
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
