This beautiful private villa is located on a hillside enjoying spectacular views across the valley, including the Sea of Denia.
The private pool and terrace area are wonderful, private and very peaceful. The view is amazing, you will never tire of it. Guests tell us they relax as soon as they arrive here. We are confident you will feel the same. The terrace is south facing and has the sun all day from 10am until it goes down.
The newly grouted pool (2024) is surrounded by astro-turf, 6 sun loungers,3 parasols, side tables and new pool towels have been provided.
A lot of attention has been taken to ensure this villa is like a home from home. In 2023-4 the villa was renovated extensively, although keeping the traditional Spanish style of windows and doors & beamed ceiling. The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen with large drawers rather than cupboards. All new appliances, new floor tiles throughout, new beds & furniture, new curtains and soft furnishings. It is most important to us that our guests experience the best holiday we can offer in our beautiful home from home.
In 2025 the terraces were re tiled with none slip tiles. Artificial grass fitted around the pool.
We provide lots of extra in the villa, things like an air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, milk warmer, slow cooker, outside fridge, a cool box for the beach or a picnic away from the villa. Cushions for outdoor chairs, pool towels, umbrellas, hair dryer in each bedroom, wooden hangers, safe for passports and jewellery, glasses for all types of drinks, matching crockery so you can dine at the villa in style.
The villa is situated on two levels to enter the villa on the pool level, you are greeted with a stylish open plan living/dining room with traditional features such as beam ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor both over looking the pool a double and a twin or super king size if you prefer, both have Mitsubishi air conditioning, which are one of the quietest on the market. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is new, with lots of storage space. There is a stunning family shower room with large walk in shower, w.c and vanity for storage.
The furniture throughout the villa is modern, and comfortable and much was new for 2023/4. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV. A fire stick has been provided for the TV so it can be viewed in the language of your choice and there are hundreds of languages and channels. If you have a Netflix account you can use your account, a Blu tooth speaker is provided as well as in the ceiling light in the kitchen, an Alexa is available for your use too and of course the all important fast wifi at 300mb.
The open plan kitchen was new for 2023 with all new appliances and large drawers so easy to find what you need.
The villa has traditional rejas on windows and fly screens.There is also a Safe deposit to ensure values are safe at all times.
The upstairs bathroom is tiled in traditional Javea tosca tiles and is modern and impressive. There is a large walk in shower with marble mosaic tiled floor, large shower screen, new WC unit and vanity both new for 2024, bathroom is modern and light.
Taking the external steps to the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom is a large room with single beds that can be arranged as singles or a super king size bed, please confirm preference. The beds are comfortable and quality bedding & bath sheets. Again new Mitsubishi air conditioning unit which is extremely quiet but efficient a cooling the room. All windows with rejas and fly screens. There is a comfortable sofa so ideal for Grandparents to chill & relax away from the rest of the family. A selection of books and DVDs are in the villa for the use of guests.
This room has a large en-suite shower room, again a stunning walk-in shower a large glass shower screen, WC and vanity unit. Again very modern and stylish no expense was spared in these bathrooms.
There is a small kitchen area with kettle and toaster plus another fridge/ freezer, here you will find the all important washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron too. There is also a cot and high chair for guests if needed (bedding not supplied).
There is an outside kitchen with 'drinks' fridge so it's not too far to walk for a cold drink. We have also provided a large gas BBQ. For those who like to cook paella at home, paella making facilities are also provided.
The villa has exterior lighting to allow you to enjoy the warm summer nights. The pool is also illuminated at night. A perfect location to enjoy a BBQ in the peace and quiet of your very own private villa & pool.
A gazebo has been provided over the outside dining area to give maximum shade for dining. New seats and quality cushions for 2024, so maximum comfort for our guests.
Denia and Javea are the closest beach resorts, approxiamately 15 minute drive from the villa, so you can enjoy the buzz of the beach & bars then return to your tranquil villa for peace and a good nights sleep.
There is a Masymas supermarket a few minutes by car, plus the Ondara shopping centre is just 10-15 minutes away with lovely shops and also a Carrefour, Aldi,Lidl & even a KFC.
Also minutes from the villa is the typically Spanish local town of Pedreger and Gata de Gorgos. The streets are narrow and have a variety of shops, bars and large supermarkets. They are lovely towns and well worth exploring.
There are so many fabulous restaurants to chose from in this beautiful area, if you don't want to spend your evenings dining by the pool and admiring the views.
There are many supermarkets in the area to choice from Masymas, Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl. The Marina Alta shopping mall is just a few minutes drive away in Ondara.
We the owners Michelle and Steve live locally and are therefore available in case of any problems or simply recommend what to see and where to eat.
The villa is cleaned to a high standard and all linen is laundered professionally. The linen is excellent quality and large bath sheets are provided not small bath towels. Pool towels are also provided.
The pool is cleaned weekly and an additional chemical check is carried out a few days later to ensure the pool is perfectly safe to use.
This villa is a perfect location for a wonderful family vacation. Modern, spacious, immaculately clean, peaceful location. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could need. It is perfectly maintained to the highest standard.

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant 2 weeks in this villa, the name of which perfectly describes the beautiful view it commands from the steep hillside of Monte Pedreguer. I usually rent villas in more remote locations but the access to amenities and the local towns and villages that this villa affords was extremely convenient. The owners provided timely and comprehensive information to help the make the arrival process very easy and thereafter, my family enjoyed a relaxing stay in a home with abundant, good quality facilities.

We have stayed at this lovely villa several time in the past few years. The villa is in a great location with easy access to both Denia and Javea, but we find the peace and tranquility of this location suits us perfectly. We can get to the beaches in 15 minutes drive, the supermarket in a few minutes drive and there are lots of restaurants around the area.
The villa and pool are always perfectly maintained and each time we have stayed there has been new additions to the villa ie new sofa, new bedroom furniture, soft furnishings etc.
The pool area and terraces have great views by day or night.
The owners Michelle and Steve are on hand in case of any issues, they are very friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The whole booking process with them is easy and with the key safe in place even the arrival is stress free. There is always a beer and a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as soft drink for the kids when ever we arrive. A lovely touch, we think.
We will return over and over again.

Knockout villa and views. Beautifully furnished It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
The beautiful pool welcomes you during the hot days and there is spacious seating available all around the villa. You never get fed up of the Stunning views that’s for sure. Monroes carvery is well worth a visit. Great food and very friendly staff.

The villa is like home from home, you have everything you would need right there.. The location is so peaceful & secluded you are relaxed from the moment you arrive. The villa has an open plan living room with a panaramic view across the valley to the sea. The kitchen is so clean & fully equipped with all the essentials perfect for all your needs, we were really impressed.
The outside area is very spacious, there are plenty of seating areas from relaxing by the pool to a cosy spot to read a book. There is a dining table outside, we really took advantage of having dinner in the evening sunshine with the amazing views we enjoyed every minute.
We cannot wait to return, we had such a fabulous holiday - Steve & Michelle are so friendly & helpful. Don’t hesitate you won’t regret it, it’s a beautiful villa - A perfect holiday ❤️ Perfect Hosts ❤️
