La Marquesa V 4 km from Dénia: Beautiful, cosy villa "La Marquesa", renovated in 2019. In the district of Montgó, 4 km from the centre of Dénia, on a slope, 4.5 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: air conditioning. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 4.2 km, railway station 4.1 km, ferry 4.2 km, sandy beach 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Pour la deuxième année, nous avons pu profiter du cadre si agréable de la villa Marquesat. La maison est très agréable avec une décoration élégante. Les prestations intérieures sont excellentes. De plus, la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus par le jardinier. Cette villa dispose d’une belle vue à la fois sur la mer et le Montgó. Une élection spéciale pour l’équipe d’Interhome, toujours à l’écoute Et faisant tout son possible pour répondre à nos demandes.

A perfectly presented villa with great mountain and sea views. The pool was well maintained during our visit which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Highly recommended villa and Interhome did a great job organising our 2 weeks holiday in wonderful La Villa Marquesa in Denia

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Denia. Die Unterkunft, die Restaurants und die freundlichen Menschen laden ein, öfter zu kommen. Danke!

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit überwiegend hochwertigem Interieur auf einem großen, schönen Grundstück, welches man über eine extrem schlechte und unbeleuchtete Bergstrasse erreicht. Highlight des Anwesens und Hauptgrund für die Buchung war der große Pool, der in der Anzeige angepriesen wird mit: nutzbar 01.01.-31.12. eines Jahres. Somit wird dem potentiellen Gast suggeriert, auch im März in Spanien einen Pool nutzen zu können, bei Aussentemperaturen von ca, 16C° natürlich beheizt! Bei Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr vernachlässigte, teils schmutzige und defekte Aussenanlage vor. Der Pool war zwar gefüllt, aber nicht gereinigt und 12C° kalt! Auf unsere Anfrage per Email bei Interhome Denia erhielten wir die ironische Antwort, dass der Pool nicht beheizbar wäre und es sich somit bei der Wassertemperatur auch um "Zimmertemperatur" handeln würde. Der Poolreiniger kam 2 Tage später, wusste jedoch nicht, dass inzwischen Gäste vor Ort sind. Auf unsere Bitte stellte er die externe Heizung an, die dann max. 1,5°C am Tag die Temperatur erhöhte. 7 Tage und ca. 9°C später, wir waren immerhin 2 mal schwimmen wurden wir seitens Interhome Denia telefonisch in englisch abgestraft, dass wir ohne Genehmigung den Auftrag erteilt hatten, das Wasser zu erwärmen! Jetzt forderte man in sehr unfreundlicher Art Geld für die entstandenen Stromkosten (wo es doch gar keine Heizung für den Pool gibt und alle Energiekosten bereits im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind), welches wir ablehnten! 1 Std. später erschien der von Interhome beauftragte Poolreiniger wieder, entschuldigte sich bei uns und stellte den Pool samt Heizung wieder aus!
Also, eigentlich ein schönes Haus, alles draußen etwas heruntergekommen, aber ein unseriöses und kundenunfreundliches Personal vor Ort! - Von professioneller Betreuung kann keine Rede sein!
