A beautiful house in the city center of La Rochelle, located in a quiet and sought after area. Bright and located in a large shaded garden, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for 6 people or for a family.
Enjoy your vacation without a car: 5 minutes from the market and 10 minutes on foot from the old port, all destinations and activities are within your reach, on foot or by bike.
The house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living / dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom and separate wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an independent toilet. The rooms are also connected externally by a balcony with a view of the walled garden with trees (still under development).

Easy to find, beautiful spacious 3 bedroomed house. The host, Richard & his wife Marthe greeted us on arrival with their granddaughter who kindly translated for us. All were very friendly. They gave a tour of the house so we knew where everything was and we were told if we needed anything to just let them know. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable lounge area. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Separate toilet & bathroom on each level. Lovely established big garden with seating, table and loungers. WiFi access throughout. Short walk into the town with shops, good choice of restaurants, the cathedral and the beach just beyond. About half an hour walk to the aquarium. Excellent accommodation & location, would recommend & would definitely return.
