About this house rental
15 minutes walk from the city center: ideal for enjoying the old port, without using the car! Spacious and pleasant air-conditioned main rooms, overlooking a beautiful flowered garden, will allow you to relax in a cozy and friendly setting.
This is my home, well equipped, functional and comfortable.
2/3 parking spaces in front of the house.
Close to the train station and all amenities (10 minutes walk) and a nature reserve (5 minutes walk) "the marsh of Tasdon".
A magnificent veranda very bright bioclimatic, a large pleasant dining room and a comfortable living room with air conditioning.
My house has two separate water points, each equipped with toilets: a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals if you wish, as well as appliances at your disposal: bean coffee machine, fresh air, table plancha...
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed that can be air-conditioned if necessary by a mobile air conditioner. Bed linen is provided on request (15 € / bed). I have a foldable cot for baby, if needed.
In the summer, you can benefit from access to the vegetable gardens and help yourself to herbs, salads and vegetables according to their ripeness. Children will have the pleasure of picking strawberries and raspberries.

Garage can accommodate a motorbike, bicycles... Possibility to park two to three cars in front of the house.
