Maison charmante à proximité de la ville et de la plage. Par contre très proche de la ligne de chemin de fer et d’un centre d’accueil enfants (beaucoup de bruit).

Maison bien agencée permettant la cohabitation de deux couples sans se marcher sur les pieds (2 espaces nuit + sdd indépendants). La maison est très bien équipée, on s’y sent « comme à la maison ». Proche d’une ligne de chemin de fer mais peu de nuisances. Pour ceux qui aiment les grasses matinées, il faut savoir que la propriété jouxte un centre aéré ouvert en semaine à partir de 8h00 mais fenêtres fermées c’est l. Le centre de La Rochelle est à 1,6 km et est accessible à pied comme à vélo (4 vélos adultes mis à disposition) via une piste cyclable démarrant juste à côté de la maison.
