Appartement de l'ammonite

Belle appartement , quelques améliorations a faire support des WC a changer :/ pied de chaise monter a l'envers !!!!! / fuite sous lavabo/ multiprise cuisine / un petit cahier indiquant les endroit sympas en ville a faire / endroit ou déposer les poubelles et les verres sinon appartement cool bien disposée

Fantastic location. Walk 2 mins to market & main shopping area, large park & 10 mins to the port. Safe area. Spacious apartment. Very helpful when I had a problem with the key on first night. Free parking 5 mins walk away.

Apartment has been very neglected and doesn't appear well looked after. . Many things broken and worn. Superficially clean but areas, like kitchen sink, shower, walls are very stained which must have happened over months. Ceiling peeling in places. Damp/water boxes in rooms to collect excess water in the air. Had to empty them as full/over flowing. Neighbours upstairs very noisy late at night. Was asked to give a 5 star review! Only a 3, at most. Quite expensive for what it is, despite the size of the place. The photos are misleading - it is shabbier than the photos look. Toilet area very damp smelling.

This apartment has lots of space. If the sun was out the courtyard would have been great. It's a good location. It has a washing machine which is great as so many apartments don't.

The shower was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. It needs treating to remove the mould. The apartment was over all shabby and prone to damp. The kitchen sink was stained. Looks like it's in the process of improving its condition. The WFI password didn't work.
