Emplacement, équipements, praticité, propreté, facilité d'accès, maison bien chauffée, patio et terrasse tres agreable.😄 Excellent séjour
Éventuellement isolation du bruit entre les occupants de la maison (si quelqu'un se lève j'entendais de suite) mais ce n'est pas un critère important pour moi

Très bien situé par rapport au centre ville de la Rochelle, et proche de la mer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif lors de certaines demandes.

Good location and close to the airport
Has 3 bedrooms but not really suitable for 6 adults (sofa couldn’t fit everyone). Had curtain rails above front and rear doors but nothing on them meaning no privacy (people walking by could look in) and couldn’t watch TV properly as sun shining on it. Despite strict cleaning instructions for tenants and significant charges, didn’t appear place had been cleaned properly when we got there.
