Downstairs (Level 1)

- Game Room: Get ready for entertainment in our garage/game room, featuring a popcorn machine, dartboard, foosball table, TV, mini-fridge, karaoke machine, and ski racks—perfect for après-ski relaxation.
- Laundry Room: Convenient laundry facilities include a large washing machine and dryer with detergent and bounce sheets provided.
- Guestroom 1: Relax in a serene guestroom with a king-size bed, stunning views, sound machine, and thoughtful touches for your comfort.
- Bathroom 1: The full bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and stocked towels for your convenience.
- Upstairs (Level 2)
Guestroom 2: This bright room features two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests, along with beautiful views and a sound machine.

- Dog Policy: We love welcoming well-behaved dogs and are happy to offer a pet-friendly home for your stay! There is a $75 dog fee ($100 for 2).
To help keep our home comfortable and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
- Please keep dogs off all furniture, including couches, chairs, and especially beds.
- Clean up after your dog both inside and outside the property, including disposing of all pet waste promptly.
- Please do not leave your dog unattended in the home unless they are comfortably kenneled.
- Dogs must be supervised at all times due to the wildlife and cliffs around the property.
- If your dog comes inside wet or muddy, please dry them before allowing them indoors.
- Road Access: The road to the Cliff House (Granite Ridge Rd.) is gravel with a steep driveway. In winter, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for safe access. Ample parking for up to 3 cars is available.
- Train Noise: Sandpoint is known for its trains; you may hear train whistles from the valley below. Many guests quickly adapt to the sound, but white noise machines and earplugs are available for a peaceful night's sleep.

Nice, comfortable, well-maintained house with a view and convenient to Schweitzer shuttle. Host is great. Very responsive. We have stayed here twice now and plan to come back next year.
