Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.

We were a party of 6 staying to attend a graduation at JMU. This place was very spacious, and it was nice having 4 bathrooms! This is an older property that needs a little TLC, but overall served our needs during our stay.

The house size was very accommodating and nicely appointed, but DIRTY. The carpets are in need of cleaning as it looks like pet stains throughout. The garage was blocked off. The garage listing needs to be updated. Each bedroom had ensuites, but the first floor room on the left also had mice scurrying in the walls. The listing states accommodations for 12 but there was not enough bed linen nor towels to accommodate 12 people. The bedrooms were beautiful but in great need of cleaning and 3 rooms needed updated TVs. We were disappointed that the main bathroom smelled of urine, and one of the downstairs ensuite has black mold in the corner. The pillow shams in the bedroom on the main level have large disgusting stains. The kitchen was a nice size with an eat-in space. The silverware was only enough for 4 place settings. One of the frying pans needs to be thrown out due to the deteriorated nonstick surface. The drawer where the silverware is stored has mouse droppings. The kitchen ceiling fan and ceiling are very dirty. The light above the kitchen sink does not work and neither does the garbage disposal. The electronic pest deterrent doesn’t seem to be working (numerous rodent droppings under the kitchen sink and scurrying sounds in the bedroom wall on the main level). Housekeeping/Property Manager needs to look closely into these matters to bring this beautiful house up to par. We don’t like to complain so it took longer than usual to write this review.
