There are 5 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, all with a smart TV in each. On the main level, there is one bedroom at the end of the hallway, which has a king size bed. Right next to this room is the second bedroom on this floor, with one full & three twin beds (two sets of bunk beds).
The remaining three bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall, with a king bed & attached private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, while the fifth & final bedroom has one full bed & one twin-over-twin bunk bed.

This home has 3 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms, all of which are modern & clean. The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Right down the hall on the third floor is the second full bathroom, also with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. On the main level, there is one full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only, as well as a half bathroom with just a sink & toilet. The bottom floor has the last half bathroom, with a sink & toilet only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

The property is exactly as described. Its a beautiful home with plenty of space. We truly enjoy the home and it was close to the Massanutten waterpark and bucee's. We definitely plan to stay at this location again. Our host is a great communicator who responses to messages within minutes.

Absolutely wonderful trip with family. Only a few issues with the house…air conditioning was strange. Main rooms and basement were cold, upstairs had freestanding ac units and two of the side bedrooms had no ac. The kitchen hall door had to be left open to cool down those two rooms. Owner was great with responses and helping handle the issues. It would have been nice to know ahead of the time. Overall….location, price, space to spread out was perfect.
