Condo was nice. Spacious, newer, etc. It is however part of the resort which has a timeshare ownership component. Thats obvious when you check-in and within the condo. A lot of rules sheets, cookie cutter appliances, furniture etc.
Will likely rent again regardless

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The space was immaculate, with all the amenities provided. Scenery is breathtaking, shopping mall is amazing and there were so many activities to keep us busy the entire time! We will definitely be back!
