The apartment is in the center of Matera, on the 2nd floor with elevator in a quiet neighborhood. New and newly furnished it is cozy and bright.
The Sassi of Matera (UNESCO World Heritage) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
Opposite there is the public park "Macamarda" for relaxing strolls and jogging.
Nearby there are a bakery, restaurants, cafeteria, church, city bus stops, supermarkets, ATMs and more.
