The unit features a King and Queen bed with walk in closets, an ensuite bathroom with an shower/tub combo and a hallway bathroom with a shower.
There is a full sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, bech equipment, and complimentary coffee/tea for your enjoyment.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.
Some other local spots you may enjoy include:

• Thai Thai 2
• Nippon Thai
• Skewers
• Bone Fish Willy's.

We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 10-day stay at the condo. The space was perfect for us, bright, comfortable, and with plenty of room. One of my favorite features was the patio area; it was the ideal spot for my morning coffee, and I appreciated the sense of privacy created by the bushes surrounding the patio.
The location was also fantastic. I rented a bike for the a week and biked to the grocery stores, did some shopping and of course, headed to the beach. We also truly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by Pedro and Laura—it made our outings so much more enjoyable. The pool was great as well, to be able to cool off in, grab some sun and read my book. Everybody at the condo was very friendly. The area was quiet.
One night, my husband and I headed to the beach to watch one of the rocket launches, which, if you haven’t seen before, it was amazing to see such a site and against the water.
There were a few maintenance issues, and upgrades that could be done to improve the condo condition, but nothing that did not hinder our enjoyment of the place.
I would totally rent from Pedro and Laura again.

The condo is easy to find with plenty of parking close to the unit. Well furnished and clean. Complex was nice and quiet and close to pretty much everything. The 1 min walk to the great pool and hot and the gym on site was nice. 5 min walk to Coaster’s pub and 10 min walk to the beach/dog beach.
