Welcome to cozy comfort on the Eastern shore of Florida. Just 62 miles from the Orlando International Airport, this renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath (sleeping 6) single family home is perfectly situated to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Just one block from the beach, this house has all the amenities you want including a large pool. Everything is modern, including a custom built kitchen with nice appliances and bar stools.
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom and a TV with Chromecast.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the hall bathroom.
Chromecast is available so you can cast your favorite Netflix movies and shows right from your cell phone.
You have wireless Internet through out the house and enjoy up to 90 Mbps high speed - fast loading quality Internet.
Screened in porch seats 8 people comfortably and is perfect for your BBQ-evenings in Florida. Of course the lit pool makes your night even cozier.
Spend your days at the beach, come home and jump into the sparkling over sized pool. There is plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Area attractions include Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, or take a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Your choices are unlimited.

Had a very nice two week stay. Eric and Anna were excellent and very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Pros: Fantastic pool area, 5-10 minute walk to beach, laundry on site. Responsive owner and property manager right next door. Convenient location. Lovely bathrooms and walk in showers. Watch rocket launch 🚀 from beach!
Cons: Bugs. Water bugs. And not just one or two. Several every day of various sizes and developmental stages. Had owner bring plastic containers so we could store our dry goods. Two bugs died inside the stove display while we were cooking dinner one night. Stove and microwave as well as dishwasher have a bug issue that needs to be eradicated.
Owner offered to come spray and said they had bug service. Based upon the spray in the garage I wonder if they’re trying to self treat. I declined spraying while we were there because with kids I didn’t want the exposure. We treated a small amount with what they had on hand. Owner gave a $200 refund for bug issue.
Cleanliness was lacking. It was not rental level clean. More like your friends moderately maintained beach house. Furniture is worn and not clean.
Closets are full of the owners items and there’s not much room to store your items because the closets are full. The house really needs a deep clean and a refreshing of finishes and furniture.
Walk to beach does require crossing A1A, a major highway. There are crosswalks with lights, but it’s important to note.
Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at all sorts of rental properties on 3 continents. We’re flexible and adaptable and have seen it all. This wasn’t a disaster but it was middle to low end of all of our experiences. The outdoor space saved our trip. Would love some shade options near the pool.
I have confidence that the owners can make this an amazing option but some work is needed to get there.
