Located in the high-end community of Caldera Springs, 56923 Dancing Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This new construction home is perfect for family getaways and is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Inside this executive home, you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents and high-end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
•Gorgeous forest views with a back patio featuring a hot tub, firepit, built in barbecue and furniture
• Executive kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and gas burner cook top
• Living room featuring comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, TV and large gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Dining room table with seating for up to eight with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Master suite with king sized bed, beautiful, attached bathroom, and TV
• Two additional bedrooms downstairs; both furnished with a queen bed and TV, one including an ensuite bathroom
• A fourth downstairs bedroom with a double bed
Two additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a king bed and sofa sleeper, the other with a pyramid bunk bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top)
•1,100 square foot heated garage/game room with a TV and ping pong
• One car garage with up to four able to park in driveway
-This property provides 5 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count. $100 fee for any lost cards
