• An expansive dining room table that can accommodate 12 guests with additional seating at the counter
• A large living room featuring a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, private entry to hot tub and attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower
• A second king suite in located downstairs with a TV, gas fireplace, and a luxurious attached bathroom
• A third downstairs king suite with a TV, and luxurious attached bathroom
• A fourth downstairs bedroom with a king bed

We all enjoyed the property, it was perfect for our group of 12. Caldera Springs is a lovely vacation spot, we hope to return.I would suggest moving the checkout time to 11:00. Ten is a bit too early. Having some kitchen counter cleaner would also be helpful.
