You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($150) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($20). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
- Any stays approved for 28 days or longer will require the guest to sign a formal lease agreement and/or complete process with affiliated Arizona Real Estate Brokerage or property owner. This ensures the protection of both parties for extended stays.
✍️ Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it`s a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.
✍️ Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).
- Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. We don`t want to disturb the families nearby.✔️⏰
- All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.
- If you`re local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
**SINK: Kindly avoid putting solid waste in the sink to prevent clogs. Violation fee: $150.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn`t possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There`s a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 10:20pm.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

I had an amazing time at the bnb. It was a quiet neighborhood and the place was beautiful. The only thing is that there was a dog off leash that roam the neighborhood that made me uneasy, but that isn’t the problem of this agency. I will be back to check in soon

Was excited for this stay based on the other reviews but was disappointed. Checked in and the place did not seem properly clean. Had to reach out and send pictures of proof, but they did send someone to clean it promptly. The bath tub looked dirty and damaged and the shower pressure was off too. Then, our wifi goes out for our entire second day and i reached all day and had to call and basically they said they don’t know what’s wrong. Not sure if we just had a bad experience but they didn’t do anything to help compensate for all our inconveniences.
