Non - refundable pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.

LAUNDRY: We offer a community washer and dryer; no detergent provided. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent, or you can buy from the nearest stores. Thank you.

This spot was centrally located and easy to walk or Uber to spots around Scottsdale and beyond. A great price for a place that we wanted to be a home base during our stay. Plenty of room and very safe area. Would definitely recommend!

Cute looking complex and was clean. There was just not a lot of extras- had to purchase coffee, oil to cook, seasonings, etc. most places we’ve stayed at were more accommodating- had those extras. It’s the perfect place if you are not going to hang out there, just use it as a place to keep your belongs and a place to sleep.
