The open floor plan connects the living, dining, kitchen, and bar areas all while maintaining privacy for the bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a full size couch with a 65” tv, workspace, and seating that lines the windows from which you can spot our resident albino squirrel. Thanks to a separate climate zone, blackout shades, and a king bed, the bedroom provides the perfect sleeping environment tailored to your preferences. In the bathroom, the corner shower makes for a spacious bathing experience in an efficiently designed bathroom where you also have access to your own washer and dryer. Moving outside, the large deck provides an elevated view of the oak lined yard from the comforts of several outdoor seating options.

We loved this place! Many amenities and it's nicely furnished/updated. Responsive, helpful host and a great location in the East Hill neighborhood. We definitely will look into rebooking next summer.

This property was excellent for entertaining my family, who our locals, for lunch. Lots of room for the kids in the yard. Plenty of seating for socializing. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbor in the back has a gorgeous garden and bird watching is a plus while enjoying the deck. The host staff has been nothing but accommodating, welcoming and wonderful. Amazing use of space. It is clean and beautiful. I stay in East Hill every 4 months . I definitely will keep this on my list.

Justin is a perfect host, considerate, discreet, warm and helpful. He has the true class of being neither absent nor too present. His family is adorable, and he makes you feel like a guest in a friend's home.The location is superb, the neighborhood delightfully elegant, and the proximity to the bayou a precious plus.Dear Justin, your home is lovely, comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed—it really makes you feel at ease. You've struck a perfect balance: it doesn’t feel overly personalized, yet it clearly has your touch, which makes it easy for guests to feel like it’s their home, too.Everything works perfectly, there haven’t been any issues at all, and it’s clear that everything’s been thought through in advance. Hats off to you—and thanks again!I'll be back as soon as I can!PS: On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed by the chaotic, slow and inefficient service provided by Abritel, VRBO's French partner, both by e-mail and by telephone (where are the operators who have difficulty understanding and expressing themselves in French?). I've always found it extremely difficult to get clear answers to my questions. It was the 1st time I used this service; it will be the last. Fortunately, Justin offers his properties for rent on other platforms, which are efficient (I've used them in the past without any problems).
