This light-filled home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. 10 minute drive from Palafox St. in downtown Pensacola and 15 minute drive from Pensacola Beach. One block away from 23-acre Bayview Park.
The Space:
This 1600-square foot home features a large open-concept living and dining area with a sunroom sitting area for morning coffee, living area with 60 inch LG smart TV, and dining table with seating for 6. The front bedroom has a desk and office chair, with a full size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and newly added private bath. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
Guest Access:
Parking is available in the driveway alongside the home, or free on the street. There is room to park your boat with public boat ramp access to Bayou Texar one block away in Bayview Park. East Hill is a quiet neighborhood perfect for a walk or bike ride. Downtown Pensacola is about a 10 minute drive and Pensacola Beach is about 15 minutes away. The Pensacola airport is just a 10 minute drive as well. Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Booked this house for my family to stay in while in town for a wedding. House is charming comfortable cottage, well decorated and in a lovely location in East Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. They loved their stay here and especially enjoyed being able to walk the neighborhood. I had to make several adjustments to our reservation and host was extremely helpful and responsive. Convenient to park, groceries, coffee shop, bakery, and 15 minutes to the beach. Would stay here again.
