it had a comfortable bed. Shower was nice. Didn't like the different levels of floor.

The problem with check in was not the fault of the owner. Initially he told me that we would be contacted by VRBO on the day of check in with the address and the code. The week prior to our trip I began to realize that might be a problem. While in Gulf Shores I was unable to use by IPAD to access my email. I had used a landline number for VRBO so I was unable to access that number for a security code. I then contacted VRBO by husband's phone number and explained the lack of an internet contact. VRBO then contacted the owner and gave him permission to contact us with address and code. He was very prompt and professional with our contacts. VRBO though should contact the future renter and advise them of the check in process through email. The owner rates as excellent, but in our case the VRBO check in process rates as definitely inadequate.
