About this apartment rental
This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat and other water activity rentals are within a short walk or drive but not on property. There is a free island trolly that can take you around the island.
Within the condo: the studio portion; a queen bed with a pullout couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Basic cable and free wifi included.
For an additional charge of $25 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

Great location, jist what we needed and nothing more. We loved the pool option. It was clean and private. Perfect!

Great location, plenty of beaches, parks, eateries, shops,etc..The room was clean, however, this is a bedroom that used to be part of a complete condo. Probably used to be the "master". The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. (probably in the "main unit"). The "kitchenette" is a shelf in a closet in the bathroom.? The fridge is under the counter and the doors are on backwards, making access difficult, to say the least.There was alot of mold in the shower, the dual head shower is nice, however the drain doesn't keep up, so you are "standing in water" while showering. The toilet "ran" nearly the whole time, due to a severely worn flapper.The elevator closest to the unit was "out of service" the whole time we were there. Spent a lot of time waiting for elevator.The main pool was nice, however, the "garden" pool in the middle of the building, was unavailable for one of the days, due to repairs. We woke up to sawing and jack hammering of concrete, without warning! Indoor parking is nice, however, a little snug for larger vehicles..Accessing the unit is a little "strange",having access through a slider. Be sure not to hold the handle when closing from inside, you'll smash your fingers! I would stay at this property again, however, NOT in this unit. Our cousins were in the main building, Much nicer unit..

Everything was excellent. Location was great. Only issue was checking in was on phone without internet. Had to connect with internet to get the code

Affordable. Right across the street from the beach. Room needs some updating and so does the facilities. Otherwise great location and would probably stay again.
