The whole house and back yard are yours to use. There is a shed/studio at the front of the property that is not available to rent but may be used occasionally by other guests. We ensure it won't interfere with your stay and respect your privacy and comfort during your stay. Large groups may enquire about bathroom access for an additional charge.

Everything was in good order when we arrived. The home was great for us with all of the bedrooms and big dining table and upstairs family room with TV. We had our small dog with us and he felt quite at home there. It was interesting walking around the neighborhood.

Great last minute booking with friends. House accomodated a large booking, was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay - loved the upstairs area as a seperate hang for kids and backyard was big enough for a small cricket game. Hosts had great communication - needed gas for bbq and they were there within minutes. Great view, and super close to south bay walk around to seal colony. Would have loved an earlier check in as being 3pm - 10am felt very short staying only one night but otherwise a perfect stay.
