The location was perfect for us. We were attending a conference at Takahanga Marae with social events in the town centre. The villa was located close to both - a very easy walk. The kitchen is fantastic, especially with the large dining table where we could work and eat altogether. Rooms were clean and comfy and it was nice and warm on the frosty mornings!

It was a pleasant stay.. a cozy house with everything needed for a large group.
Although it had all the essentials, some areas felt a bit neglected, such as the terraces and the living room. The rubbish bins were still full, likely from previous guests, and there was a strong smell of chlorine upon arrival that caused some discomfort.

It was a great space for families. A safe area where the kids can play outside and you didn’t have to worry about them. Extremely well fenced off. Close to town and the beach. Clean and tidy.
Would have been nice to have had a welcome folder of the attractions available and maybe a local map. Also instructions re rubbish/recycling, how to use the stove and hot water for showers etc. although did manage to work it all out.
