About this house rental

Beautiful warm modern home in a very safe suburb 4km from the centre of Kaikoura. Has an upstairs deck and lots of outside entertainment areas. Spacious rooms and even a pingpong table. Very close to the beach and the golf course. The large windows make this a warm and very comfortable house.

Place was clean. Great location. Maintenance needs some work. Lights not working, smoke alarm battery out and thus chirping, dryer didn’t work. Place was well stocked with dishes and appliances.

Lots of outdoor eating areas and large indoor table.Comfortable beds lovely crisp white sheets and pillowcases and nice pillows .Plenty of towels Great showers and heaps of hot water.Full laundry facilities and good drying line etc.Plenty of on site parkng.Lovely house with so many places to "escape the crowd" (decks and undercover areas).We loved Kaikoura so much to do.Thanks so much Eric. Everyone loved staying at your home.
