One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Upon arrival the front desk lady was so nice, accommodating and personable. The room was everything as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It is right next door to the famous "Hangout" restaurant/bar. All shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.
Only complaint is the "driveway" to enter premises. It needs a sign.

Overall the stay was ok other than the smell of mold & mildew bought oderban and candles just to get thru the 4 days we were there .. it was so convenient to the beach, pink pony,the hangout and souvenir shops & restaurants I hardly ever give a mediocre review but the smell was a big issue for myself and family
