· Kitchen is fully-equipped and features breakfast bar with seating for two
· Four seats at the table in dining area
· Children’s bunk bed alcove in hallway
· Master Bedroom has a King size bed
· Master Bathroom with shower and tub combo
· Gulf front balcony with four chairs and a round table
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The view of the beach was perfect every morning and night thats what i found so relaxing was the view. Also the room was clean and had everything i needed for my stay! The bed was comfortable too! I will be coming back to this property for my next stay!

Our stay was ok. The front desk girl that checked us in was slightly rude and didn’t seem to really know what she was doing as she had to call her manager numerous times to get us checked in. The bathroom in the unit was in need of a deep clean, but otherwise the room was clean. The view from the balcony was nice. The overall stay met our needs, but this is not a place that we would choose to stay again.
