Cute and cozy 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix All Suites Hotel.
· Flat screen televisions are in both the living area and master bedroom
· Sofa queen sleeper for additional sleeping in the living area
· Child size bunks are in the hallway next to the ½ bathroom
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
· Dining area has a table that seats four and the kitchen bar seats two
· King size bed is on carpet in master bedroom
· Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Balcony with a breathtaking gulf front view and a table that seats four
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

You get what you pay for! There were a couple esthetics that could have benefited from a touch up, but otherwise it was great! For the age of the property, its been maintained well, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location was outstanding.

The staff was unfriendly. The condo eas not clean. The refrigerator did not work and had to be replaced. The replacement icemaker did not work but i was told it did.The Pool was not open till 9am each morning but was supposed to be open at 7am. Very small pool. Overall not great place.
