Desirable 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix All Suites.
· Bedroom and living area both have flat screen televisions
· Sofa queen sleeper and stereo system in the living area
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
· Two seats at the kitchen bar and a table seating four in dining area
· Hallway has built-in child size bunks
· King size bed on carpet in the master bedroom
· Master bathroom has shower and tub combination and connects to master bedroom
· Breathtaking gulf front view from the balcony that seats 4 at the table
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a short but sweet stay at this location. The main attraction was proximity to the beach and easiness with which we were able to shower and come back to our suite with kids. Also, At walking distance are great places to dine in or unwind with your loved ones. Right at the beach were water sports activities like banana boat and parasail. We certainly reccomend to families with kids!!

Convenient, points of interest to our vacation was within walking distance.It was a little noisy with people coming and going due to location of bedroom BUT everything was clean, provided the basics in kitchen that would be needed for food prep. Beautiful view off the balcony.I love that it had 2 bathrooms!!!Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Beach access and view was great! Air conditioning quit working after the first night, was finally repaired the third night after several attempts and calls to the office.
