This house is a lovely work in progress. It has great bones and some lovely details. The wood floors are really nice. The space is airy and open. The kitchen has most everything one would need...if it takes a bit of hunting to find it. (This is a very rare rental that actually has sharp knives. Thank you!)I say "work in progress" because the place feels like it was very recently renovated, leans heavily into Ikea, and still needs to be finished in terms of furniture and decoration. What is there is very nice; it's just a bit incomplete...which may explain why it was so affordable.Only issue was a downstairs tenant playing guitar after hours, which the host took care of in short order and very well. Overall, this is a gem...in the making.

We visited family in Vancouver, it was our first time and loved the cute little home in this city. It was clean, had all the amenities needed and the communication with the host was excellent. Thank you so much!
