It was well situated for public transport. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. On the whole clean with one exception (the washing machine’s seal was mouldy. We had to clean it before using it. The owner were very responsive.
The windows (emergency exit) over the bed need curtains. At the moment it is light from about 4:30 am. The light makes it very hard to sleep. Also, the wifi was a bit unreliable, I had a number of video conferences during my stay and two of them I had to switch off the video because the network was unstable. The side door next to the accommodation banged all night when it was windy. I had to rearrange the door and the rock in the morning to stop the banging. As I mentioned above, the washing machine seal was quite mouldy we had to clean it before using it.

The host was very cooperative! The washer/dryer was an advantage for us.
The rooms were too small . The A/c controls were not in the house and we had to ask the host each time to control the temperature . Since the bedrooms are upstairs we had to carry all our luggages up and the stairs were too narrow.

It’s cozy good layout. I like the separation of our living noise downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
It’s in a great location and it was quite quiet.
Communication was very good.
Appliances all worked well.
Very convenient and will return here if possible on my next trip to Vancouver.
I wonder if you beef up the insulation on the door that separates the other suite wouldn’t benefit both sides.
If you put felts on the chairs it would benefit both suites and wear and tear on the floors for low monitory output and effort.
The fridge and floors might have got missed on the last cleaning.
Would love clearer instructions on how to access Netflix and YouTube for us old guys.
All in all small problems for a lovely space. Hoping my comments are perceived as helpful and nut to critical
$$$$
