This is a lovely little beach house for friends, couples, or small families traveling together. I stayed here for about a week with my best friend and it felt like the perfect size for just the two of us. You can walk a short distance to the beach and enjoy those lovely california sunsets. And the hot tub is perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a full day of exploring San Diego. There are a couple public transit routes close by and we had no problem getting rideshares in the neighborhood.There are a couple places where the salt air has gotten to the metal fixtures in the home and left some cosmetic corrosion, but that's kind of inevitable in a house less than a block from the ocean. I'm not deducting any stars for it.The home's kitchen is reasonably well equipped and we were able to find everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the house was super quiet at night, allowing us to sleep very, very well. This was the perfect little house for a couple of friends taking a little vacation and I would be happy to stay here again.

Traveled with 15 month old son and the setup was perfect. Location is great! Bedrooms are large and have newer flooring (not carpet) - we setup the travel crib in each room (realized one has a sky light after setup) and there was still plenty of room in both rooms; house was clean and as advertised; kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, storage containers; we had a Dodge Durango rental car that fit in garage - nothing larger would though; communication with manager was great. Definitely staying again!!
