About this house rental
This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV.
There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub
The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower.
The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts.
Full size clothes washer & dryer..
Several amenities including:
- Air conditioning- split units in each bedroom and living room
-WIFI access in every room, deck and patio
-3 flat screen Smart TV's, 1 in every bedroom
- beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels
- outdoor warm shower wash off the sand
- ceiling fans in every room
- pack in play, games, books and puzzles for all ages
- iron w/ironing board, hair dryers,
Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.
COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays
This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these prior to reserving the home. There is a security camera located outside of the home viewing the deck entrance.

The location for this place was amazing, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The area was quiet and the place had everything you need for a rental at the beach (chairs, bikes, etc.). Erin was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the thoughtful way this bungalow was designed and furnished. We appreciated the quality materials used throughout the house i.e. kitchenware, bedding, towelsand the tasteful and peaceful decor. And so appreciated the washer and dryer! We loved walking the friendly neighborhood with its proximity to the ocean and bay and excellent tacos! We were able to find relatively close parking on Mission each time we used the car. There were only three of us this trip but would love to put to use those hidden bunk beds in the master bedroom. We'll be back!

This property was fantastic! Just steps from the beach and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
