It includes a small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep), perfect for two people; children must be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful and private outdoor space.
The property is located just behind La Cala’s Torreón. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within walking distance.
La Noria Golf Club is 650 meters away, Chaparral Golf Club is 3.2 km, and Miraflores Golf is 3.7 km away.
The studio is ideal for 2 adults and can accommodate up to 3 guests, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) suitable for children or teenagers. Not recommended for two adults or older children.
