Location, location, location. Located between the intercoastal and white sand Clearwater Beach one block away. The area is quiet yet steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, Pier 60 and marina, and recreation center with swimming pools, tennis, basketball and more.
Kick back and relax during your beach vacation in this remodeled condo with all the beach supplies you need from a wagon to beach towels, toys and lots more. Free bikes allow you to cruise the entire beach. Located just one block from the white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach. The condo is a large 1 bedroom 1-1/2 bath with over 850 Sf of space. In the living area there’s a couch and a reclining rocking chair as well as a flat screen TV with cable channels.
Need some fresh air? The large screened in balcony has a table and chairs where you can lounge all evening. Here is where the beach chairs and umbrella are located for our guests.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a new comfortable king bed as well as bunk beds for extra guests. Comfortably sleeps 4 and very kid friendly. If you are traveling with an infant there is a pack and play available for our guests.
There’s two bathrooms in the unit, one is a half bath and the second is a large full bath located in the bedroom. Plenty of towels are provided.
The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large park right across the street where kids and run and play for hours. Within the block is the Clearwater Beach Rec Center with a pool with a small water park with slides for kids. There’s also basketball courts and tennis courts at the REC center. All within the block.

The property exceeded all expectations. It is located directly across the road from the beach, so seeing that we did not rent a car on our vacation, this location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance… beach, food, entertainment, etc. The unit was clean and well stocked with essential necessities for the week. Communication with the host was good. Would definitely rent again.

Our recent stay in Clear Water beach was very nice. The home we stayed in was clean and the location was just as described. We walked everywhere. Very close to the beach and all the local restaurants. There is a full kitchen to use, but just know that you would need to purchase basic spices/cooking oil etc. if you wanted to prepare anything. This was minor issue in the end and did not effect our overall stay. We would definately recommend this place to others.

We were so happy with our place. It was very clean, the amenities were great ( lots of beach and bath towels, plenty of things for the beach, and a very quick walk to the beach). Jessica was a great host if I text with a question she responded immediately. If we come back to Clearwater next year we would not hesitate booking here again. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone vacationing here. Gail & Mike

Communication with the host was good. The condo was well equipped and just as advertised. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent and we found ourselves walking almost everywhere.
