Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful holiday home with air conditioning and pool. The country resort has been divided into a total of seven private units. The property can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill, patio and tennis court. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a lovely property that has a total of seven separate units that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also shared pool and air conditioning.

Trilocale Primo Piano Con Balcone (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on two levels and can accommodate up to five people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five guests.
