About this house rental
The house is located in the private village Rivaverde, where there are only private houses.
The house is in Bungalow style: entrance porch, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Around the house there is a private garden with private parking space. The house can accommodate ideally 4 guests. Using the sofa bed in the livingroom up to 6.
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with double sofa bed.
Both bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe, chair, window and reading lights. The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and roof window that can be opened with a pole.
In the garden are at your disposal deck chairs, 2 Deck Chair, Hammock, barbecue, outdoor shower with warm water.
We spend every year several days in our house and love its location because it is very quiet here: you can reach the beach super fast on foot or by bike and there is no noise from traffic, because the road ends just at the beach (100 mtr from residence main entrance). Otherwise you can enjoy the sea air simple laying in the garden of the house. Once the refrigerator filled correctly, you can also forget your car for several days: in the holiday resort from early June to mid-September a small supermarket is open: here you can buy the essentials such as fresh bread, cutlery, cheese and vegetables.
Culture, nearby lovely old villages like Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima are certainly a visit worth. Further south Castiglion della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Uccellina and the Giardino the Tarocchi of Nicki de Saint Phalle.
