About this cottage rental
It is a splendid three-room apartment with a large private panoramic garden (about 300 square meters), equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. It consists of a living room with TV and dining area; separate kitchenette with everything needed for your holiday; 2 double bedrooms; 1 large bathroom with shower. Through the stairs in the living room, you access a large attic (as large as the downstairs) equipped with a sofa bed and a second bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning available with a supplement of € 11.00 per day, mosquito nets, washing machine.
Available, free wireless connectivity in the common areas, the swimming pool with solarium, tennis court and bowls, a large play area, a shared barbeque area.
Antico Borgo Casalappi is an ancient village located on the top of the hills that dominate the island of Elba, a few kilometers from the beach of San Vincenzo, Baratti, Follonica and the port of Piombino (where ferries leave for the Isola d 'Elba). The village is surrounded by wheat fields, with olive trees and sunflowers, vines, just 3.5 km from the main services (supermarket, pharmacy ...)

Antico Borgo Casalappi is an authentic stone village of the '900 completely renovated with care to preserve its warmth and character. It consists of 42 apartments and covers eight hectares near the main house and the castle. The old buildings have been restored with different volumes, shapes and position depending on the use in respect of the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining the same charm of stone tiles, bricks and clay roof.
Antico Borgo Casalappi is enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of alleys, finely illuminated squares decorated with elegant flower beds and benches, a semicircular swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, barbecue area and a large park games for children.
