Ali and the Management team were wonderful. They were responsive and attempted to mitigate the problems with the unit which were
Numerous.
Specifically, the Unit was not accurately described. it is in serious need of renovation… the floors were old and scratched; the carpets were dingy and dirty; closets full of owners’ items making storage difficult; The HEAT would not turn on due to broken thermostats(Ali quickly was on it); doors came off hinges.
That said.. the location was Great. Ali and Team were excellent but the Condo was at most fair.
