Just renovated with high-end finishes, this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo spans two levels and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Nestled on a quiet residential street, while being just one block from downtown Aspen and the Rubey Park Transit Center, and only two blocks from both the gondola and Lift 1A. In the summer months, enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in every room. The building also features fantastic amenities, including a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

You can also ride downvalley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit in Aspen. The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything and convenient. The unit was incredibly comfortable and furnished perfectly, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Ali was a fantastic host. She was responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This property exceeded all expectations! Everything has been updated to perfection - high end finishes and decor, top of the line appliances and every convenience you need in a home. The beds and linens are super comfortable, there is a ton of storage and the spiral staircase is a showstopper. The condo was super clean and everything looked brand new, no wear and tear whatsoever. You are on a quiet cozy street yet less than a 5-minute walk to the Gondola and the best restaurants and shops Aspen has to offer. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to wind down after a long day of hiking and outdoor adventures. I can't wait to come back and stay here during ski season. 11/10

Unit was new and clean. Location could not have been better. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful with area suggestions prior to and during stay.
