Enjoy a beach vacation with all the comforts of home plus a few special extras. Hardwood and marble tile floors, granite countertops, furniture, appliances, artwork and a 42'' flatscreen TV.
The townhome has two levels with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The unit has a half bath on the first level. Both bedrooms have queen beds plus there is a pull-out couch in the living room.
The townhome shares the pool area with three other units and is steps to the beach - see the picture, below, which was taken from the property and shows the beach access. There are two decks off of the main floor - one overlooking the pool and one looking towards the beach.
Just two blocks from Surfside Drive, walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, dog park, public tennis courts and playground.
We are dog friendly with a $75 pet fee.

what we loved:- high grade hand soaps- excellent tv streaming services- quiet neighborhood and beach access- very pet friendly - tons and tons of beach towels to use!- nice bedrooms and privacy

The host was extremely nice and responsive with some of the questions we had leading into the trip and the day of arrival. The place was as advertised and in a great location. Ty for a nice stay during our quick two day trip

A little dated plus the ceiling in the bath room was chipping and falling on the floor and in the tub.
