Weddings and Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.
BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!
This property rents Saturday to Saturday Only during Spring Break and Summer; No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
PARKING: Strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**
Pets Are Permitted: $400/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is offered for guests of this property at the Crystal Port East access just up the street! From March 1-October 31, guests receive 1 setup daily from 9 AM-5 PM! This includes two chairs and one umbrella! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *
Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!
VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
